Huge gastronomical success in Paris, Levente Lendvai earned the 2nd (2020) and Kevin Szabó the 4th (2021) place at the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition.
The competition organized by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs gastronomical organization took place in Paris on the 25th of September 2021, at the famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. The missed competition from last year and the one for 2021 happened parallel at once in Paris. Levente Lendvai, the Chef of Arany Kaviár Restaurant (Budapest) represented Hungary in the 2020 field and Kevin Szabó, the Chef of Platán Restaurant & Café represented our county among the 2021 competitors. Lázár Kovács (Lázár Chef), Conseiller Culinaire and Áron Barka, Officier Maitre Rotisseur were also the members of the international jury.
